Going to the Disturbed concert?
Haven't heard any new System, heard it was completely shit.
Anyway, I'm currently listening to the new Tool song. I've waited YEARS for a new Tool song... luckily I didn't like them when they released their last CD so I haven't waited 5+ years like everyone else... only about 4.
Whoot! Tool! When they tour I will have seen everyone I've ever wanted to see tour.
Korn (twice soon) Disturbed (twice soon, and the second one will be nowhere near as good as the first because the first was PERFECT in a small venue) The Butterfly Effect (good band for $15 tix!) Slipknot
As well as some others like Static X and Ill Nino.
I don't really count Big Day Out performances cause they aren't full sets, but there's also SOAD and Drowning Pool if you count them.

Their next concert is in about 2 weeks... fool!
Gen Admin sold out, might be some seating left.
It's KoRn/Disturbed/Hatebreed (meh) / 10 Years.
The Sickness is the first album I heard so I love em all. I have the fancy Believe album (leather case with metal symbol on the front) and am so proud.

SOAD - Chop Suey is fabulous, and ATWA is the ultimate song.

Current fav song is a toss up between Tool - Right in Two Tool - Wings for Marie (pts 1 and 2) I think Wings wins because well, a 17 minute song (close enough to it anyway, since the two parts are barely different from one another and one leads into the other) has to be respected. I won't post all the lyrics, but here's some: You're the only one who can hold your head up high, Shake your fist at the gates saying, "I have come home now! Fetch me the spirit, the son and the father, Tell them their pillar of faith has ascended.
"It's time now! My time now! Give me my Give me my wings!"
"Give me my, give me my, give me my, give me my, give me my wings...."
You are the light, the way, that they will only read about
Set as I am in my ways and my arrogance Burden of proof tossed upon non-believers. You were my witness, my eyes, my evidence, Judith Marie, unconditional one.
Very moving. Very brilliant.
